Returns & Exchanges

At Afterhour Barbershop, we value your satisfaction with both our services and our grooming products. Please review the following policy before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Services

• All service sales (haircuts, treatments, colour, grooming) are final.

• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know before leaving the shop so we can make adjustments.

• We do not offer refunds on services already provided.

2. Products

• We accept returns or exchanges of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

• Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.

• If a product is proven to be defective, we will offer an exchange for the same item or store credit.

3. Refunds

• Refunds (when applicable) will be issued in the original method of payment.

• Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

4. Online Orders (if applicable)

• For online purchases, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with product issues.

5. Exceptions

• Clearance or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Personalized or special-order products are also final sale.
